In February 2026, leaders from across the global network of the Wizz Financial Group convened in the tranquil surroundings of Kochi and Kumarakom in Kerala, India, for the inaugural Wizz Connect Annual Gathering. The event brought together senior leadership and management teams from multiple regions to collectively shape the year ahead.
Guided by the theme “Building Tomorrow, Together,” the gathering blended focused strategic dialogue with opportunities for meaningful connection, reinforcing both direction and culture across the organization. The event opened with remarks from CEO and Founder Amir Nagammy and H.E. Abubaker Al Khoori, CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group LLC.
One of the early highlights was the unveiling of new brand commercials featuring KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty, signaling a renewed push to strengthen brand visibility and engagement in key markets.
From there, discussions moved into focused working sessions covering major business areas and growth drivers, including Wizzmoni, Wizz Cross Border and PR & Marketing. These conversations emphasized alignment across functions and markets, ensuring that plans for growth are anchored in shared understanding.
The second day turned attention to the structural pillars supporting long-term success. Sessions explored Compliance & Governance, Human Resources priorities, and included the Wizz Tech Holdings Limited board meeting, reinforcing the importance of strong governance and people-focused strategy as the business scales globally.
Outside the meeting room, participants experienced the calm of Kerala's backwaters during a cruise through Kumarakom. The setting created space for informal conversations and genuine connection, allowing teams to engage beyond roles and responsibilities. The gathering concluded with an evening celebration which provided a chance to acknowledge collective work done so far and reflect together on the shared journey ahead.
